Canterbury Rams (NBL) inked experienced 34-year old New Zealander international 188cm shooting guard Corey Webster (college: Lambuth). In 29 games he averaged 14.2ppg, 3.0rpg and 2.0apg.
Webster has been also a member of New Zealand international program for some years. He has regularly played for New Zealand senior team since 2008.
He is a very experienced player. Webster has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to eight different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in China (Guangsha Lions and Guizhou), Greece (Koroivos), Israel (Ironi Nahariya), Italy (RO Virtus), Serbia, New Zealand (Heat, Saints, Rangers and Bulls), Egypt (Al Ittihad) and Australia (New Zealand Breakers).
